< Ingredients >
・1/4 Japanese white radish (peeled)
・1/2 carrot
・1 cucumber

・1 tsp salt
・About 1 Tbsp turmeric powder
・2 tsp cumin powder
・2 Tbsp salad oil
・1 Tbsp cumin seed

・about 1 tsp salt
・1/2~1 tsp red pepper
・1~2 tsp lemon juice(or lime juice)
・Moderate amount (about 2 Tbsp white sesame seeds)
< Directions >
1.Cut peeled Japanese white radish and carrot and cucumber into slightly wide
long thin strips.2.Put cut fresh vegetables just a while ago into the bowl. Then add salt and
turmeric powder and ground cumin seeds (cumin powder) and mix them
thoroughly with a large chopsticks.
3.Heat 2 table spoon of salad oil in a flying pan, and add cumin seeds, fly them
until gets smell. And then, pour cumin flavored hot salad oil in the bowl with
pre - seasoned vegetables beforehand.
4.Finally, add red pepper and lemon juice (or lime juice)and salt and white
sesame seeds to taste in the bowl. And mix them sufficiently.
