Make Halloween icing cookies smelling of ginger by hotcakemix

< Ingredients >

FOR THE ICING:
・150g powdered suger
・1 Tbsp meringue powder (dried albumen)
・20g water
・Proper amount of red edible food coloring
・Proper amount of yellow edible food coloring
・Proper amount of green edible food coloring

FOR THE COOKIES:
・200g hotcakemix
・About 20g almond powder
・60~70g granulated suger
・60g butter
・1/2~1 egg
・A very small quantity of Milk
・About 1 Tbsp ginger powder (dried ground ginger)




< Directions >

1.

First, make the favorite color icing. Put powdered sugar and meringue powder and water into the bowl, and stir to make icing. And add color to made icing in favorite color with edible food coloring.

Next, make the cookie dough. Sift hotcakemix and almond powder (ground almond) over the bowl, and put butter and granulated sugar and egg and milk, and then ginger powder (dried ground ginger) and mix them well with spatula. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Furthermore, roll out into thin piece from made the cookie dough with rolling pin, and cut out shaped in the form of some Halloween characters from rolled cookie dough into thin piece using a cookie cutter. Then, bake the cookie dough shaped of some Halloween characters form in the oven at 170℃ for about 11 minutes. Once the shaped cookies are baked, transfer them to a wire rack (cooling rack) and completely cool.





4.

Finish, draw some Halloween characters with favorite color icing to make it beforehand on baked cookies.

Potato and shrimp and green olive dressed with garlic and anchovy

< Ingredients >

・2-3 smallish potatoes with skin
(※Cut them into 8-12 parts.)
・1/10 onion, peeled and chopped
・About 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
・4-5 anchovy fillets packed in oil, drain, finely chopped
with a kitchen knife
・About 1/2 tablespoon coarsely chopped garli
(※It is one of the goods of GABAN.)
・1 red pepper, removed hull, seed and cut into thin
round sliced about 1.5-2mm wide
・50-60g frozen shrimp, shelled and deveined
・10 pitted green olives, cut into 4 equal parts crosswise
・A small quantity of salt
・Proper amount of white pepper
・favorite quantity of fresh parsley, minced



< Directions >

1.Put cut potatoes and minced onion into heat resistant container and heat them in
a 600W microwave oven for about 2 minutes 30 seconds without cling film. Add extra virgin olive 
oil in the container and mix. And then,add finely shopped anchovy fillets, coarsely chopped garlic,
round sliced red pepper, frozen shrimp too, and mix quickly. Moreover, heat them
in a 600w microwave oven for about 2 minutes 30 seconds in addition.


2.When finish them of heat cooking using a microwave oven, mix the whole of cooked ingredients
for a few minutes until they cool down to an moderate temperature. Add cut green olives and mix
it lightly. Finally, add salt, white pepper to fix the taste.


3.Serve the finished cooked food in a plate right away. When you eat the food this time, sprinkle 
minced fresh parsley for your preference.
